Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets and activity goals.
  • Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients to promote Ameriflex products and services.
  • Plan and conduct client seminars, online presentations, and in-person meetings to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Ameriflex products, services, and sales strategy to communicate effectively with brokers and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with brokers and prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and track progress toward annual revenue and product targets.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales team and Senior Vice President of Sales.
  • Document sales activities and client interactions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing broker relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales leadership to align on territory strategy and improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the state of Texas.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong experience in territory management and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of expanding client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and sales leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Teams, Google Suite, and Google Workspace for virtual communication and reporting.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight trips.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
