Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets and activity goals.
  • Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients to promote Ameriflex products and services.
  • Plan and conduct client seminars, online presentations, and in-person meetings to grow the customer base.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Ameriflex products, services, and sales strategies to communicate value effectively.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by building relationships with brokers and prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and track progress against annual revenue and product goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings with the sales team and Senior Vice President of Sales to review performance and regional strategy.
  • Document sales activities and client interactions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing broker relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend regional conferences, industry events, and marketing meetings to stay connected to market trends and network with prospects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients, providing timely and professional support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sales leadership to align on territory strategy, client needs, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the state of Nevada.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong experience in territory management with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of expanding client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with brokers and clients.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering sales pitches to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic planning skills with the ability to create and adjust annual business plans as needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfort with virtual presentation and communication tools such as Zoom and Teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight travel for national conferences and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
