Description

  • Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan with targets and activity goals.
  • Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients to promote Ameriflex products and services.
  • Plan and conduct client seminars, online presentations, and in-person meetings to grow the customer base.
  • Track sales performance and report progress against revenue and product goals.
  • Document sales activities and client interactions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing broker relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for brokers and clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker and prospect relationships.
  • Attend regional conferences, industry events, and marketing meetings to build network connections and stay informed on market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align on territory strategy and client needs.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the state of Illinois.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits, insurance, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong experience in territory management and sales strategy development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfort with Zoom, Teams, and Google Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight travel for conferences and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
