Description

  • Handle patient and client inquiries through email, chat, and other online support channels.
  • Provide accurate information on services, scheduling, billing, and general support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM and support systems.
  • Follow up with patients and clients to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong online communication skills.
  • A people-oriented, professional approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work fully remote in a full-time or part-time role.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and support requests across digital channels.
  • Ability to document interactions accurately in a CRM or support system.
  • Ability to resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of or ability to follow HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to manage follow-up and escalation of sensitive or complex issues.
