Description

  • Define and track key performance indicators for enterprise accounts.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize adoption, and deliver ROI reporting to clients.
  • Drive account retention and identify expansion opportunities within existing client organizations.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to execute account strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Oversee delivery of the client roadmap and ensure Operations and Product are aligned on priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the client by synthesizing feedback into strategic product requirements.
  • Refine the enterprise account management playbook with the Operations team to improve scalability and consistency.
  • Lead QBRs and present insights to senior client stakeholders.
  • Travel to client events and onsite meetings up to 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including a mix of investment banking, private equity, or consulting and startup experience.
  • Experience in fintech or SaaS is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trust with C-suite executives and navigate complex enterprise organizations.
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to use metrics to tell a story, prove value, and anticipate client needs.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Comfort leading QBRs and collaborating with internal stakeholders on strategic planning.
  • Experience identifying expansion opportunities and turning satisfied clients into long-term partners.
  • Willingness to travel to events and meet clients onsite up to 80%.
