Description

  • Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities with existing accounts and new MedTech enterprises.
  • Develop a long-term pipeline generation plan for Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Create and execute consultative sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
  • Lead the enterprise sales motion through discovery calls, customized demos, ROI conversations, and consultative presentations.
  • Sell to key stakeholders across complex buying groups that include Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to support sales objectives and provide product feedback.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new logo growth goals.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal partners across Customer Success, Consulting, and Product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding a competitive quota.
  • Experience navigating large, complex enterprise organizations to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with Medical Device executive teams and commercial leaders.
  • Consistently exceeding sales and related account targets.
  • Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite customer visits.
  • Experience selling to the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries is preferred.
  • A network of Medical Device executives and commercial contacts is preferred.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
