Description

  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and advance the sales process.
  • Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide product information via calls and emails.
  • Explain and demonstrate product and service features to prospective customers.
  • Maintain and improve the prospect database and research new leads.
  • Stay current on product updates, service information, and competitor offerings.
  • Upsell products and services to existing or prospective customers.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite customer visits.
  • Work proactively and consultatively across the sales cycle, including pre-sales and onboarding support.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Approximately 50% travel is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Experience handling multiple calls and emails daily.
  • Strong patience, time management, and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong numeracy skills for calculating sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
  • SaaS sales experience is preferred.
  • IT experience is preferred.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
