Description

  • Serve as first-line support for Salesforce-related requests from Sales, SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Troubleshoot common Salesforce issues involving access, visibility, errors, workflow behavior, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including profile, permission set, and role hierarchy updates.
  • Maintain Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and picklists as needed.
  • Monitor, clean, and improve data quality across key Salesforce objects such as Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Activities.
  • Assist with duplicate management, normalization, data cleanup, imports/exports, and enrichment processes.
  • Build and maintain simple Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and other automations under guidance.
  • Test and QA Salesforce and system changes in sandboxes before production deployment.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and Revenue Operations.
  • Support workflows and integrations across the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Ortto, and Proposify.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Support onboarding and training for new sales team members and promote CRM best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team culture.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce object model and troubleshooting user issues related to permissions, visibility, and workflow behavior.
  • Experience building reports in both Salesforce and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational requests in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Comfort communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership and follow-through.
  • Eagerness to learn Salesforce and Revenue Operations best practices.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes from lead to opportunity to close to onboarding.
  • Project management experience, preferred.
  • Experience or exposure to Outreach, 6sense, Ortto, Proposify, or similar platforms, preferred.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Operations, preferred.
