Description

  • Act as the primary marketing partner to the UK and Southern Europe sales teams and maintain regular alignment on priorities and feedback.
  • Develop regional marketing plans with Sales and the Marketing Director, balancing priorities, budget, and resources.
  • Execute regional marketing programs that support pipeline goals, customer engagement, and agreed business priorities.
  • Plan and deliver field marketing activities such as third-party events, customer events, executive programs, webinars, digital campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Adapt global campaigns, programs, and content for regional audiences to ensure local relevance and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate regional PR, influencer, and community engagement activities to support awareness and marketing objectives.
  • Identify and develop customer advocacy opportunities, including customer stories, references, speaking opportunities, and event participation.
  • Lead regional trade show planning and event logistics with internal teams, agencies, venues, and third-party organisers.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, and recommend improvements to maximise return on investment.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered effectively against objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or a related B2B discipline, ideally within SaaS or data analytics.
  • Proven experience building and executing regional, multi-channel marketing plans within budget.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution, lead tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and stakeholders independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Additional European language skills such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
  • Experience creating short-form content such as emails, web copy, and blog posts, with hands-on use of digital channels including social and email.
  • Comfort using a variety of MarTech tools to support campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% across the assigned region, including for industry events, customer meetings, partner engagements, and internal sales activities.
