Description

  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans within an assigned region.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and healthcare executives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to support business development.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets and quota expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical sales experience.
  • History of exceeding quota in a competitive sales environment.
  • Experience selling into hospitals, surgical centers, physician practices, or healthcare systems.
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Clinical aptitude and ability to navigate complex healthcare buying environments.
  • Preferred experience selling orthopedic devices, spine products, sports medicine devices, surgical equipment, cardiovascular devices, diagnostic equipment, robotic surgery systems, medical capital equipment, clinical technology solutions, or healthcare software platforms.
  • Preferred compensation history showing $250,000+ earnings.
  • Preferred recognition such as President's Club or Top Performer awards.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $135,000 to $190,000.
  • On-target earnings of $300,000 to $450,000+.
