Description

  • Receive, follow up on, and nurture seller leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
  • Respond to new leads and inquiries within 3 minutes or less and return missed calls immediately.
  • Conduct discovery calls to build rapport and pre-screen sellers based on motivation, urgency, and selling indicators.
  • Meet with homeowners to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties.
  • Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other transaction documents to support sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide daily updates for KPI reporting and track sales activity accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team and sales managers to ensure transactions close smoothly.
  • Proactively address client concerns and maintain trust throughout the closing process.
  • Attend weekly sales training and company meetings while representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and empathy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven top-performing experience in B2C sales, door-to-door sales, high-ticket sales, conflict resolution, or a related field.
  • No prior real estate experience is required; training will be provided on the job.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Reliable computer and smartphone are required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, and similar business software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable, tech-savvy, and able to think quickly on your feet.
  • Must complete Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments, with Captain, Maverick, or Persuader profiles preferred and a cognitive benchmark of 250 or higher out of 450.
  • Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Bilingual Spanish candidates and applicants with backgrounds as first responders, military NCOs, college athletes, or bartenders receive bonus consideration.

Benefits

  • Full-time W-2 employment, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Base salary draw against future commissions plus a generous tiered commission structure.
  • Quarterly bonuses for exceeding stretch goals.
  • Annual earnings potential of $100K to $125K for average performers, with top performers earning $250K+.
  • Work-from-home arrangement.
  • Paid federal holidays and up to 2 weeks of PTO per year.
  • Stipend to help cover health insurance, cell phone, and internet costs.
  • Flexible hours as long as performance quotas are met.
