Description

  • Receive and follow up on incoming leads through phone calls, email, and text message.
  • Conduct discovery calls with new seller leads to build rapport and assess motivation and urgency.
  • Negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties with homeowners.
  • Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other sales documentation.
  • Maintain persistent follow-up on leads according to a predetermined schedule until they are no longer viable.
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries and return missed or abandoned calls quickly.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver service that encourages referrals.
  • Collaborate with the team and sales managers to help transactions close smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate lead interaction records in the CRM and provide daily KPI updates.
  • Attend weekly sales training and company meetings while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven top-performing experience in B2C sales, door-to-door sales, high-ticket sales, conflict resolution, or related fields.
  • Real estate experience is not required and will be taught on the job.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Reliable computer and smartphone are required.
  • Proficiency with Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, DocuSign, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
  • Must complete Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments, with a score of 250 or higher out of 450.
  • Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Spanish bilingual candidates and applicants with experience as First Responders, Military NCOs, College Athletes, or Bartenders receive bonus consideration.

Benefits

  • Full-time W-2 employment with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Base salary drawn against future commissions.
  • Incredibly generous tiered commission structure with higher splits for higher gross profit.
  • Quarterly bonuses for exceeding stretch goals.
  • On-target annual earnings potential of $100K to $125K for average performers, with higher upside for top performers.

  • Paid federal holidays and up to 2 weeks of PTO per year.
  • Flexible hours as long as quota is met.
