Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead deals, and close sales for Acquia DAM and PIM solutions.
  • Use buyer intent and market intelligence to target, engage, nurture, and win prospective customers.
  • Engage senior marketing, commerce, and IT executives across target organizations.
  • Build positive relationships and identify needs at multiple decision-making levels.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Turn market insights into growth strategies that support new business development.
  • Use targeted messaging and communication channels to generate interest and win new customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of Acquia DAM and PIM solutions and present relatable use-case stories.
  • Work cross-functionally with revenue marketing, channel partners, product marketing, sales, account management, and implementation teams to build pipeline and support account growth.
  • Own the full software sales lifecycle from prospecting through close in an individual contributor role.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a related new business sales role.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong business development experience, preferably with SaaS PIM, PXM, DAM, DXP, or MarTech software providers.
  • Proven ability to run new business deals end to end from lead generation to close.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model for solutions delivery.
  • Confident presentation skills and strong stage presence with decision-making audiences.
  • Experience demonstrating software solutions and using storytelling techniques that resonate with software buyers.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting a compelling value proposition across organizational levels.
  • Experience negotiating large strategic deals across prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset, with drive, energy, and urgency.
  • Ability to learn new products quickly and adapt to changing business, market, and customer demands.
  • AI tool collaboration and openness to learning new technologies are valued.
