Description

  • Sell Acquia Source, the company’s AI-powered SaaS CMS built on Drupal.
  • Identify new business opportunities within mid-market accounts and prospect lists.
  • Manage and close deals across the full sales cycle in an individual contributor role.
  • Engage senior-level executives and build relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Develop prospect needs and turn client feedback into strategies that support new opportunities and reduce competitive risk.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and assess their strengths and vulnerabilities.
  • Influence client decisions and advocate for customer needs to create win-win solutions.
  • Work with pre-sales solution engineering and product development to support implementation and product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, subject matter experts, demand generation, and marketing to build pipeline and drive sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong sales or client origination experience, preferably with CMS experience.
  • Experience negotiating large strategic deals through prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model for solutions delivery.
  • Confident presentation skills and executive presence with C-suite customers.
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition across a range of organizational and functional levels.
  • Intellectual agility, entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to learn new products quickly and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • A track record of being results-oriented and consistently outperforming peers.
  • Passion, drive, creativity, and interest in aggressive career growth.
