Description

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
  • Qualify prospects through consultative selling using MEDDPICC criteria.
  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.
  • Research companies and add prospects to the outbound target list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
  • High comfort level with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools and processes.
  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis.
  • Deep interest in understanding business challenges.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurship mindset, high urgency, and ability to work within undefined processes.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English required; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Candidate must be in Chile.
  • Prior customer-facing and/or sales experience is preferred.
  • Prior sales tooling experience, preferably with Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, or Outreach.
  • Experience selling to the CMO office is a plus.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is preferred.
