Description

  • Provide leadership for the Great Lakes Region’s health market growth and overall regional performance.
  • Develop and lead high-performing, diverse teams to implement regional health and local office strategies.
  • Create and execute regional business plans with the Executive Director and Health Practice National Leaders.
  • Lead market intelligence, strategic planning, and business development efforts to position the firm for future growth.
  • Pursue and secure new business with premier target clients to strengthen brand positioning and top-line results.
  • Lead client relationships and billable project work at the highest levels, including select project opportunities.
  • Represent and promote CannonDesign externally and internally through speaking, writing, and other brand-building activities.
  • Recruit strategic talent, mentor staff, and help develop future leaders within the market.
  • Collaborate with regional and office leaders to implement profitability and bottom-line initiatives.
  • Ensure integrated design services are delivered effectively while managing processes and financial performance for the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • Current registration/licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred.
  • Additional certifications and/or training relevant to the role preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience with a proven track record in strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development in the Health Market.
  • Strong presentation skills are essential.
  • Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy are needed.
  • Professional acumen and maturity with the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Sound judgment and a strong approach to risk management and mitigation are required.
  • Some travel is required.

  • Salary range of $180,800 to $226,000 annually.
