Description

  • Design and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions from backend agent orchestration to production-ready frontends.
  • Develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, autonomous agents, and RAG to support federal workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts and MVPs and evolve them into production systems.
  • Build cloud-native, AI-native applications for complex federal use cases.
  • Create responsive, accessible web interfaces and dashboards for non-technical end users.
  • Integrate and customize solutions with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.
  • Support delivery teams with technical planning, architecture guidance, and hands-on coaching.
  • Elevate engineering quality and mentor other engineers.
  • Drive work to completion with strong ownership and minimal management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Deep expertise with LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI concepts including tool invocation, guardrails, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent as a core development workflow requirement.
  • Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Angular and proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Solid backend experience with Python for AI/data workloads and Node.js, Java, or Go for services and APIs.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Advanced experience designing and deploying cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with serverless services and container orchestration, including Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes, Docker, or ECS.
  • Strong CI/CD practices and experience with Git, deployment pipelines, and modern release practices.
  • Computer science fundamentals including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, Palantir, Snowflake, or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Prior management consulting, government, or healthcare experience is a bonus.
  • Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
