Description

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise solutions.
  • Build and customize SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.
  • Support SharePoint integrations with other systems using APIs, connectors, Power Automate, or custom development.
  • Perform full stack development work, including backend logic, frontend interfaces, database tasks, and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, improve performance, and provide production support.
  • Assist with SharePoint migration activities, including content migration, permission mapping, testing, and post-migration support.
  • Work on multiple assignments across different projects and accounts based on business priority.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and handover details as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience preferred.
  • Solid hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premise.
  • Strong experience in full stack development.
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to support multiple projects or accounts at the same time.
  • Good understanding of application support, troubleshooting, and change requests.
  • Experience with system integration and API-based development.
  • Practical experience in migration, enhancement, and production support activities.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer or modern SharePoint customization.
  • Experience with SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Permissions, Web Parts, Site Pages, Workflows, and Forms.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration and content restructuring.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams integration, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AD / Entra ID basics.
  • Basic Office 365 administration knowledge related to SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; React.js preferred.
  • Experience with Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks and responsive UI development.
  • Backend experience with .NET / C# preferred, ASP.NET Core / Web API, or Node.js as a plus.
  • Experience with REST API development, authentication and authorization concepts, and API integration.
  • Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, basic database design, queries, stored procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD basics, Postman or similar API testing tools, and deployment/release management basics.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft Migration Manager.
  • Preferred experience with Nintex, K2, or similar workflow platforms.
  • Preferred experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, or Key Vault.
  • Preferred experience supporting government or enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of ITIL support processes, incident handling, and change management.
