Description

  • Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process for net-new logos from prospecting and qualification through solution shaping, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to win new customers in targeted verticals and accounts.
  • Build a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently generate new business.
  • Present Accellor’s value proposition to C-level executives, line-of-business leaders, and IT stakeholders with a focus on customer ROI.
  • Collaborate with solutions and practice leaders to create proposals and proof-of-value engagements that address prospect needs.
  • Build and manage accurate forecasts and deal strategies in Salesforce, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene and clear next steps.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and coordinate internal and external resources to drive consensus and close.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing market and deal insights that help shape solutions and improve deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B technology-related direct sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on major accounts or Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Strong experience with outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, strategic networking, and social selling such as LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas/MBOs for net-new revenue.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives, IT leaders, and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in greenfield territories or new markets without existing brand presence.
  • High self-motivation, persistence, and an entrepreneurial mindset for cold outreach and rejection-heavy sales cycles.
  • Experience with bespoke AI solutions or custom technology implementations.
  • Experience scaling through partners and technology ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships across different technical levels.
  • Consultative selling experience with methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDIC is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; MBA preferred.
