Description

  • Define and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy across hyperscalers, AI platforms, and enterprise/data platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnerships that accelerate growth and create differentiated market value.
  • Develop alliance business plans, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
  • Lead joint solutions, integrations, and co-innovation programs with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align product and solution roadmaps.
  • Establish technical advisory boards and joint engineering councils with key partners.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to activate alliances through co-selling and joint campaigns.
  • Enable field teams with partner messaging, solution positioning, and competitive insights.
  • Represent Accellor at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums.
  • Track alliance performance, including pipeline generation, co-sell wins, and adoption metrics, and report insights to leadership and board stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships across partner organizations.
  • Establish scalable alliance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices, and help recruit, mentor, and lead alliance team members as the function grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, corporate development, or business development within technology or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling alliance programs in mid-to-large consulting or services firms.
  • Demonstrated success structuring and closing complex partnerships with hyperscalers, AI platforms, or enterprise software providers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, and data platforms with the ability to engage technical stakeholders credibly.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, marketplaces, and alliance economics.
  • Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across complex organizations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Flexibility to align with partner and global team schedules.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and internal off-sites.
