Description

  • Serve as the senior advisor on client measurement, analytics, and reporting.
  • Assess enterprise client data ecosystems, including affiliate networks, influencer platforms, analytics, CRM, MMM, and business intelligence tools.
  • Design measurement frameworks connecting partnership marketing to attribution, incrementality, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
  • Lead client analytical workstreams such as program audits, strategic reviews, forecasting, partner valuation, and opportunity assessments.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Own Acceleration Partners’ data and analytics roadmap and develop scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, benchmarking products, and measurement tools.
  • Partner with Strategy, Client Services, Sales, and AI teams to identify automation and AI-enabled insight opportunities.
  • Build data literacy through training, workshops, playbooks, and coaching across Account Management, Strategy, and Sales.
  • Represent Acceleration Partners externally through thought leadership, conferences, webinars, client forums, and industry partnerships.
  • Lead teams, mentor talent, and contribute to new business growth and analytical product development.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting, or data strategy.
  • Experience advising enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, and executive teams.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital, or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution methodologies, and incrementality testing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and AI-enabled analytics.
  • SQL and data querying experience preferred.
  • Strategic, commercially minded, collaborative, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to nontechnical audiences.
