Description

  • Identify and qualify enterprise sales opportunities for the North America sales team.
  • Prospect into enterprise-level accounts using phone calls, personalized emails, sales tools, and social selling techniques.
  • Research target accounts to identify potential customers, industries, and market segments within the territory.
  • Communicate Acceldata’s value proposition and tailor outreach messages to specific audiences.
  • Qualify leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, and schedule appointments and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on personalized outbound strategies, target account planning, and ABM campaigns.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously improve outbound messaging and communication strategies based on discovery calls, account research, and internal collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top-performing SDR or BDR in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and generating qualified leads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using Google G-Suite, Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
  • Proactive self-starter with motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities to identify target markets and potential clients.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and handling objections and rejection daily.
  • Passion for data technology and interest in innovations in data observability.
  • Bonus: direct sales experience in data management, analytics, data quality, or observability products.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per month for field marketing events, conferences, and regional sales initiatives.
