Description

  • Manage key regional and national Long Term Care accounts, including pharmacy providers, skilled nursing corporate offices, associations, and integrated health system accounts.
  • Develop customer insights and identify market needs to improve access and increase education around Parkinson’s disease psychosis diagnosis and treatment.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to build enduring relationships with LTC customers while balancing short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, managed markets, market development, medical, and other internal partners to formulate LTC account strategy.
  • Develop and implement a business plan specific to the assigned LTC geography.
  • Identify key influencers and stakeholders and build trusted relationships with account partners.
  • Deliver high-level in-service presentations to regional and national account stakeholders.
  • Lead pull-through opportunities and projects with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide guidance to LTC sales team members on regional LTC accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison among sales leadership, managed markets, marketing, and medical affairs to coordinate national LTC strategy.
  • Assist in creating strategic business plans for assigned accounts and support access-focused execution.
  • Adhere to compliance and promotional guidelines and maintain standards aligned with the company’s culture, vision, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, life science, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible sales, account management, and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Long Term Care environment/channel and in a field-based role.
  • CNS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing relationships with KOLs, Centers of Excellence, or complex integrated health systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience with fellowship and advocacy programs strongly desired.
  • Broad-based managed markets experience covering a multi-state territory required.
  • Strong matrix management skills internally and externally with clients.
  • Must be in good standing with the FDA.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategy development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
