Description

  • Sell JMA’s high-performance DAS portfolio to clients nationwide.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships while understanding decision-making processes, budgets, timelines, and organizational structures.
  • Manage the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status reports for senior management.
  • Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Management, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support in a team-selling environment.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with wireless operators, neutral host companies, integrators, installers, venue owners, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Manage the steps needed to close deals and meet or exceed revenue expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Hunter/Seeker sales experience.
  • Must have experience selling DAS systems.
  • Established network of key decision makers in the region.
  • Demonstrated success developing and winning complex technology deals.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts, key features, and benefits of the product portfolio.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Position can be based nationwide.
