Description

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions within a defined DACH territory and work to exceed annual recurring revenue quota.
  • Prospect enterprise accounts and build a strong early-stage pipeline using multiple demand-generation channels.
  • Work enterprise organizations from initial outreach through contract signing and post-sale expansion.
  • Identify customer pain points, qualify opportunities, and present value-based solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop business cases that demonstrate ROI to multiple stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent data across sales systems, including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to help close revenue.
  • Guide internal stakeholders through customer buying processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as BDRs and Product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts.
  • Experience negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota or ranking in the top 5% of a sales organization.
  • Technical fluency in areas such as security, email, cloud, and AI.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Success in a startup, early-stage, underdog, or highly competitive environment with limited resources.
  • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment and build territory support such as channel and tech partners.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Local to the German area, with the role focused on the DACH region.
