Description

  • Own a defined enterprise territory across Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal.
  • Prospect into enterprise accounts and build early-stage pipeline to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sell security solutions to enterprise-level accounts and work deals from initial conversation through contract signature.
  • Drive new annual recurring revenue by overachieving quota and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support timely renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity data across sales systems such as Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Serve as the customer and prospect voice internally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
  • Build business cases and quantify ROI for multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Support internal buying processes and navigate complex enterprise decision-making.
  • Document customer insights and deal learnings to help the broader team improve.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, not overlay, selling into enterprise-sized organizations.
  • Proven experience prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills for large organizations and complex sales cycles.
  • Consistent top performance, including over-quota results or top 5% of the sales organization.
  • Experience selling subscription software or SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Working knowledge of security, email, cloud, and AI topics.
  • Experience in an early-stage, underdog, or new-entrant startup environment with limited resources.
  • Ability to build a territory using channels, tech partners, and initial customer wins.
  • Fluency in both English and French is strongly preferred.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
