Description

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings through a consistent channel methodology.
  • Lead account mapping sessions and develop Partner Account Plans with channel partners.
  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute channel marketing events and demand generation activities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners across the territory.
  • Support mapped sales teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance partner opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with national and regional information security channel partners.
  • Tailor communication to different partner stakeholders, including executive, sales, and technical leaders.
  • Resolve conflicts between partners, sales reps, and customers when needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success to support channel goals.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for broader regional sales needs, including hiring, territory changes, QBRs, and team structure.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of success leveraging channel partners to drive growth and sales productivity.
  • Proven ability to apply a channel methodology successfully in a prior role.
  • Strong relationships with information security channel partners in the region, including national and locally headquartered regional partners.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to partner management.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate product value and business impact to partners.
  • Strong follow-through to turn trainings and demand generation sessions into pipeline.
  • Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness to partner and internal inquiries.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment with limited resources.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success.
