Description

  • Work with regional partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to build go-to-market strategy for Services, Technology, and Global Partnerships partners.
  • Define priorities, investment model, scaling mechanisms, and success metrics for AMER partner marketing efforts.
  • Build joint marketing plans with strategic partners and execute co-marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Drive adoption of scalable local marketing and enablement programs and influence the global partner marketing roadmap.
  • Administer and optimize market development funds with each partner.
  • Align with global partner marketers to bring global initiatives into AMER.
  • Collaborate with regional marketers to ensure partners are included in local go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own the AMER partner marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day programs.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing partner marketing teams.
  • Experience working with technology partners and/or consulting partners to build joint marketing plans and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
  • Experience working with a global function based in a different region.
  • Proven ability to influence partner marketing leadership teams and align on joint objectives and priorities.
  • Experience shaping joint messaging with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure and improve ROI of marketing investments through an indirect partner-led business model.
  • Deep understanding of the partner-channel user journey, sales cycle, and product lifecycle as they relate to attach and revenue growth.
  • Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company (preferred).
  • Experience in payments, financial technology, adjacent industries, or marketing FinTech solutions (preferred).
