Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives at client organizations.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and business growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine account strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to align solutions with long-term goals.
  • Negotiate favorable terms for both the company and clients while preserving long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure clear communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, courts, attorneys, and sheriffs.

Requirements

  • Only current ABC employees will be considered for this position.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Skye.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of phone communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to customer-focused strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Metabase, Jira, or AI platforms is preferred.
