Description

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the ATS, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Understand role requirements and evaluate candidates based on overall fit rather than keyword matches.
  • Interview candidates and assess experience, skills, communication, motivation, compensation, and suitability.
  • Present qualified candidates clearly and professionally to clients.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate, timely ATS records.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and client-facing teams to prioritize openings, share market feedback, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • Professional recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or contingent workforce environment.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and placing professional-level candidates.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-moving environment.
  • Resourceful, curious approach to evaluating candidates beyond their resumes.
  • Ability to use AI to improve recruiting research, processes, and productivity while applying sound judgment.
  • Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a small team.
  • Candidates must be located in the United States.

Benefits

  • Up to $70,000 base salary plus commission.
