Description

  • Lead and manage a specialized pod of Product Managers focused on predictive modeling and intelligence initiatives.
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the core predictive foundation and its use across downstream applications.
  • Drive cross-model initiatives, including model training standards, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement.
  • Maximize reuse of platform engines across surface apps and specialized use cases.
  • Partner with the Head of Intelligence Product to align predictive priorities with company strategy.
  • Surface model risks early and identify portfolio tradeoffs for leadership.
  • Build high-integrity intelligence that supports customer trust and reliability.
  • Ensure strong integration between the data foundation and the predictive layer.
  • Reduce duplication and improve time-to-market by promoting a build-once, use-everywhere approach.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products.
  • 3-5+ years of formal people management experience.
  • Proven experience building and leading product teams.
  • Experience coaching product managers through complex roadmaps and driving high accountability.
  • Deep expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning lifecycles.
  • Experience collaborating with data science teams from a product perspective.
  • Track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes.
  • Ability to build operating rhythms that translate complex data and model dependencies into clean execution.

  • Base salary range of $188,997.50 to $255,863.00.
