Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of software engineering projects from planning through release.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to support predictable delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and technical decisions.
  • Drive execution across backend, frontend, and cloud-based systems.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable architecture.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track and improve team velocity, delivery predictability, and quality metrics.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep work moving.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, Agile practices, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of total experience in software engineering and delivery.
  • Strong foundation as a Software Developer or Engineer.
  • Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer before moving into delivery roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in Delivery or Technical Project Management.
  • Hands-on backend development experience with Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Frontend framework experience with React or a similar framework.
  • Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
  • Experience with microservices and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM is preferred.
  • Exposure to data or AI/ML projects is a plus but not mandatory.
