Description

Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks aligned with architecture and quality standards.
Own and optimize automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with development, product management, QA leadership, and external partners to integrate QA processes across workflows.
Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Identify, propose, and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay current on emerging QA technologies and methodologies and share insights with the team.
Ensure testing projects are delivered on time and within resource allocations.
Support QA strategy and execution across the software development lifecycle.
Drive adoption of advanced automation tools and practices.
Use strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex quality issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance in Agile development environments.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as TypeScript, Playwright, JavaScript, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and REST-assured.
Proficiency in .NET, Groovy, and Java.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk.
Experience using Atlassian tools including JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
Strong experience in QA automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium and TestComplete.
Programming experience with Python, Java, or C# for automation.
Advanced project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Certification in QA such as ISTQB Advanced Level or CSTE is preferred.
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter is preferred.
Experience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP or Fortify is preferred.
Experience leading QA process integration across the full SDLC is preferred.
