Description

  • Own project quality decisions, scope, artifacts, and quality gates.
  • Define engineering quality best practices and proactively mitigate delivery risk.
  • Design and integrate AI capabilities into QA workflows, including autonomous testing agents.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Strategy, Engineering, and client teams to translate requirements into testable outcomes.
  • Perform front-end, cross-browser, and responsive layout testing against Figma specifications.
  • Drive CMS and content validation across enterprise platforms such as Sitecore, Brightspot, and AEM.
  • Execute API, performance, and SEO testing using tools such as Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
  • Enforce accessibility standards and validate localization across multiple markets.
  • Build and maintain E2E and visual automated tests using Cypress, Playwright, and Git workflows.
  • Mentor QA team members and support continuous improvement across the discipline.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI solutions within QA flows, including AI skills, MCPs, autonomous testing agents, prompt engineering, and AI output evaluation.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining E2E and visual automation with JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise CMS workflows such as Sitecore, Brightspot, or AEM.
  • Proven experience with API testing, front-end validation, localization, SEO auditing, and web performance testing.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and UI testing with direct comparison to Figma specs.
  • Hands-on experience with WCAG and ADA compliance auditing.
  • Knowledge of shift-left testing, bug prevention, QA metrics, test risk assessment, Git workflows, and Agile/Lean delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage team performance, scope, prioritization, and peer mentoring.
  • Active ISTQB certification.
  • Professional license required if the selected candidate holds an engineering or related degree.
