Description

  • Build efficient, secure, testable, scalable, and maintainable client code.
  • Design and implement reliable, observable AI and agentic workflows using LLMs.
  • Develop and maintain responsive React frontend features alongside backend services.
  • Own projects from technical design through production launch.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Identify and remediate technical debt to improve stability, performance, and developer velocity.
  • Manage software security through SCA triage, prioritization, remediation, and verification.
  • Gather requirements, validate team understanding, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Track project status, estimates, and reporting using established tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level software engineering experience with strong Python and distributed systems expertise.
  • Ability to own technical features from design through production deployment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and ambiguous technical problem-solving.
  • Production experience building React frontend applications alongside backend services at scale.
  • Experience with Git, Python package management tools such as UV or Conda, and unit testing with Pytest.
  • Experience managing Docker containers and orchestrating workloads with Kubernetes and AKS.
  • Experience deploying and operating systems on AWS and working with relational databases.
  • Intermediate design proficiency using UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience engineering medium- to large-scale software systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants and spec-driven development.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Preferred: Python web frameworks, Snowflake, agentic frameworks such as MCP or A2A, workflow orchestration platforms, SCA platforms, HTTP, JSON/XML, additional AI coding agents, and object-oriented programming.
