Description

  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and working software.
  • Build backend services in Python and frontend applications in React.
  • Design and maintain REST APIs, data contracts, and external-system integrations.
  • Develop resilient systems using asynchronous processing, retries, fault tolerance, and workflow orchestration.
  • Create reusable UI components and contribute to the design system and Storybook.
  • Write tests, meet accessibility standards, and maintain reliable user interfaces.
  • Investigate and resolve production and development bugs.
  • Implement observability using OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
  • Manage infrastructure and CI/CD workflows with Terraform and GitHub Actions.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Production experience with both backend and frontend technologies.
  • Production experience with Python, REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with event-driven and asynchronous processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry or Grafana.
  • Proficiency with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive UI, and REST integrations.
  • Experience with Storybook, Playwright frontend testing, Git, Terraform, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, resilience patterns, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC.
  • Ability to convert product requirements into technical designs and production-ready software, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clearly.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of the development workflow while validating, correcting, and owning the output; experience with AI/LLM integrations, enterprise SaaS, Jest/Cypress, large-scale design systems, cloud frontend deployments, or mentoring is preferred.
