Description

  • Gather and clarify business requirements, challenge assumptions, and define success metrics.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, data models, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and orchestrate AI agents using prompting, tool/function calling, and evaluation methods.
  • Build and iterate end-to-end MVPs across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
  • Deploy, monitor, maintain, and optimize production solutions, including CI/CD, observability, cost, and performance.
  • Own products from initial concept through delivery of reliable solutions with measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, designers, product managers, IT teams, external stakeholders, and end users.
  • Manage, prioritize, validate, verify, and maintain traceability of requirements and backlogs.
  • Oversee testing, gather user feedback, and propose functional improvements.
  • Select and implement appropriate tools, technologies, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven full-stack development experience with Python or Node.js and React or a similar frontend framework.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI SDKs, Anthropic SDKs, or equivalents.
  • Practical experience with prompt design, RAG, and tool/function integration.
  • Ability to independently elicit business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Experience delivering MVPs under tight timelines with strong ownership.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with relational and/or vector databases.
  • Strong English communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI-agent evaluation, observability, and guardrail tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, prompt versioning, data privacy/security requirements, or GDPR; telecom or large-enterprise experience is a plus.
