Description

  • Own the company’s one-to-many learning offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.
  • Deliver webinars and training sessions that help clients understand and adopt the platform.
  • Develop and improve scalable learning content, formats, and processes for client education.
  • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client friction points and product changes.
  • Participate in discovery meetings with Product Managers to share insights on client usage and adoption.
  • Analyze training completion and satisfaction data to improve the training catalog.
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources in Confluence for best practices and team workflows.
  • Onboard and mentor new trainers and help them turn platform features into learning stories.
  • Take ownership of recurring team responsibilities such as complex solution training support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer or in a client-facing Customer Success/Care role.
  • Strong listening and teaching skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both writing and speaking.
  • Proactive mindset and comfort working in a results-oriented culture.
  • Excellent writing skills across different styles and tones.
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar in German, English, and French.
  • Experience in the learning industry is a plus.
  • Comfort working with platform usage, user and admin perspectives, and collaborative learning methodology.
  • Availability to work full time in a fully remote setup in France.
