Description

  • Partner with enterprise clients to define and deliver their digital learning and training strategy on the 360Learning platform.
  • Map customer business objectives and translate them into actionable success plans.
  • Audit and analyze platform usage to identify growth opportunities, best practices, and benchmarks.
  • Coordinate technical, educational, and other resources to address customer requirements and support outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers and lead new projects with new clients.
  • Define learning and development roadmaps with clients and identify new use cases for the platform.
  • Build trusted relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders across customer accounts.
  • Work with Key Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and develop the account.
  • Identify at-risk customers, implement corrective actions, and help reduce churn.
  • Develop advocates and share customer success best practices across the team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Experience in an HR Tech or Learning Solutions SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of customer success KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment and culture.
  • Preferred experience in enterprise customer success or account growth in a cross-functional environment.
