Description

  • Generate opportunities from high-priority, high-potential accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for target personas and account-based prospecting.
  • Create and qualify cold outbound leads through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Detect customer pain points, understand business context, and position how 360Learning can help.
  • Pitch 360Learning’s value proposition and evangelize collaborative learning in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with coaches, marketing operations, demand generation, sales, Account Executives, and Key Account Managers.
  • Use onboarding and continuous coaching to ramp quickly and improve outbound performance.
  • Research accounts, define long-term account roadmaps, and build strategic outreach plans.
  • Identify new business entry points and share ideas to improve outbound processes.
  • Contribute innovative lead generation ideas in weekly sales team meetings.

Requirements

  • 9–12 months of experience as a BDR or SDR hitting targets in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment serving companies with 5,000–30,000 employees.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and/or account-based marketing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and education.
  • Preferred experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • A master’s degree in a related field is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in Spain.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment with monthly targets.
