Description

  • Generate opportunities from the company’s highest-priority, highest-potential accounts.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for target personas and account territories.
  • Create and qualify cold outbound leads through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Detect customer pain points, understand prospect context, and position how 360Learning can help.
  • Evangelize collaborative learning and pitch the 360Learning value proposition in the market.
  • Work closely with a coach, marketing operations, demand generation, sales, Account Executives, and Key Account Managers.
  • Build account-based outreach strategies and define long-term account roadmaps.
  • Reach monthly pipeline and outreach targets and continuously ramp on outbound activity.
  • Identify and share opportunities to improve outbound processes.
  • Contribute new lead generation ideas in weekly sales meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 9-12 months of experience as a BDR or SDR hitting targets.
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts with 5k-30k employees in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in outbound prospecting and/or account-based marketing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and education.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • A master’s degree in a related field is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in France.
  • Availability for a full-time role.
  • Comfort working in a sales development role with outreach across multiple channels.
