Description

  • Generate opportunities from high-priority, high-potential accounts across the DACH territory.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create business opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Pitch the 360Learning product and value proposition to interested prospects.
  • Identify customer pain points, understand prospect context, and determine how the company can help.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead qualification and territory ownership.
  • Use sales development tools and techniques to engage prospects and manage outreach.
  • Partner closely with a coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
  • Forecast performance, prioritize the inbound and outbound pipeline, and track quota progress.
  • Contribute market insights, research trends, and propose creative lead generation ideas.
  • Support onboarding and share product knowledge with the team as a subject-matter expert.

Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales representative.
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound sales development.
  • Preferred experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German language proficiency and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s culture and mission.
