Description

  • Sign new logos in the French market.
  • Lead opportunities from product demo through to closing.
  • Take part in responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity reporting and forecasting.
  • Develop sales strategies to win new business and close deals.
  • Grow a network of HR and training decision-makers in France and EMEA.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Process inbound opportunities and develop business within new accounts.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and improve the sales playbook.
  • Participate in internal projects and collaborate closely with the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience in strategy consulting is also considered relevant.
  • Experience delivering complex software or platform demos in the sales process.
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Native-level French and English proficiency, or B2 equivalent in English.
  • Basic knowledge of HR culture is a plus.
  • Comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce and Trello.
  • Ability to handle complex, multi-thread deals as the role progresses.
  • Interest in 360Learning’s collaborative learning environment and culture.
