Description

  • Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle to shape deal strategy and support technical closes.
  • Validate complex prospect requirements and remove technical friction during mid-market and enterprise evaluations.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations for different audience types and deal complexities.
  • Scope and build API and SFTP integrations, including live workflow validation, to support technical evaluations.
  • Configure bespoke proof-of-concepts and demo environments that reflect each prospect’s needs and culture.
  • Manage security and compliance processes, including questionnaires related to GDPR, SOC 2, and PII.
  • Create micro-demos and annotated sales assets to help internal champions sell the product independently.
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales and Product by documenting product gaps, integration blockers, and market feedback.
  • Hold AEs accountable for deep discovery and ensure demonstrations are aligned to prospect pain points.
  • Translate HR buyer concepts into technical language for IT stakeholders and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in building products, APIs, or integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with APIs, SFTP, SSO, and data migration.
  • Comfort using Postman to validate workflows.
  • Ability to speak the language of HR buyers and translate needs for IT buyers.
  • Sales-minded with strong urgency, hunger, and deal-velocity awareness.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting during live demos.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, and UKG.
  • Experience with security and compliance processes such as GDPR, SOC 2, and PII is preferred.
  • Ability to create or support demo automation tools and customer-facing enablement content.
  • Experience with Salesforce and communication tools such as Slack, Loom, or Vidyard is preferred.
