Description

  • Execute an APJ-specific go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive new customer acquisition and platform expansion.
  • Ensure technical teams deliver against sales targets, NRR goals, and ARR goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of technical professionals.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop trusted relationships with technical leaders and key stakeholders at major accounts.
  • Drive value-led customer engagements that improve platform adoption and observability maturity.
  • Maintain high standards for technical delivery, including points of view and technical demonstrations or proofs of value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Global Support to communicate market needs and product requirements.
  • Support the partner ecosystem by aligning technical resources with strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or customer success.
  • 5–7 years of people management experience leading managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams to close complex deals.
  • Strong background in cloud computing, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with observability and familiarity with AI, ITSM, DevOps, SRE, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in a software consumption-based business model, highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
