Description

  • Craft product strategy for web properties and the customer platform to improve self-service purchasing and re-ordering experiences.
  • Lead the strategic evaluation and governance of the marketing technology stack, including data flow between the web frontend, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Use web analytics, qualitative feedback, and quantitative metrics to optimize conversion funnels and validate product ideas.
  • Define attribution and routing logic that connects web behavior to marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering and commercial leaders to translate business goals into clear requirements and scalable practices.
  • Build consensus across cross-functional teams, manage change, and align stakeholders on priorities and execution.
  • Architect data models and workflows that support omnichannel demand generation across web, email, and paid media.
  • Work closely with engineers on architecture trade-offs, global system logic, and data governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of product management experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with marketing automation systems.
  • Proven experience building and scaling interactive web applications and self-service experiences.
  • Experience using web analytics to optimize funnels and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with complex marketing technology environments and lead routing/data integrity improvements.
  • Strong capability in scoping MVPs and delivering iterative releases across short- and long-term roadmaps.
  • Technical confidence to discuss architecture, system logic, and data governance with engineers.
  • Deep understanding of international data privacy regulations and consent management.
  • Experience aligning engineering and commercial stakeholders and communicating complex system realities clearly.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $164,100 to $222,100 USD.
  • Eligible for equity grants.
