Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders in the largest accounts.
  • Develop and execute Joint Success Plans aligned to customer business objectives and Zyte’s product capabilities.
  • Own gross retention and consumption expansion targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Identify white-space opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Lead high-level technical discussions about data extraction, proxy management, and API solutions.
  • Translate complex customer needs into actionable feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Guide customers on technical best practices to improve performance and efficiency on the Zyte platform.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI and cost savings.
  • Monitor account health using usage data and proactively manage at-risk accounts with turnaround plans.
  • Cultivate customer advocates for case studies, webinars, and product beta testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
  • Experience managing Enterprise or Strategic accounts in the SaaS or Data space.
  • Solid understanding of how the web works, including HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with the web scraping or data extraction ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar books of business and meeting retention targets.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for simplifying complex data.
  • Experience navigating procurement processes and internal politics within Fortune 500-sized organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, and other multidisciplinary teams.
