Description

  • Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS systems across CRM, support, billing, HR, finance, and collaboration tools.
  • Design reliable data synchronization and workflow automation across multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Write automation scripts and build internal tools using modern development environments, APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
  • Develop internal CLI tools, services, bots, and ChatOps integrations to streamline IT and business workflows.
  • Build and maintain API-driven integrations for CRM automation, entitlement provisioning, and cross-system data flows.
  • Create onboarding, offboarding, identity, and access provisioning automation as part of the internal IT golden path.
  • Serve as the highest level of IT support for a global remote workforce, with strong root-cause analysis and person-first service.
  • Introduce AI-assisted and AI-driven workflows, including internal support assistants, knowledge retrieval, ticket triage, and operational copilots.
  • Support security, compliance, and endpoint management through MDM, password management, access audits, and Zero Trust practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal operations by identifying gaps and automating manual processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
  • 3+ years in a senior engineering role responsible for internal business systems and automation in a modern SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong scripting and programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js, or similar languages.
  • Solid experience operating GCP and AWS environments, including VPCs, IAM roles, EC2, and S3.
  • Strong experience with external APIs, including REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth flows, webhook-based systems, and SaaS SDKs.
  • Deep working knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
  • Experience implementing and managing SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, identity lifecycle automation, and Zero Trust access models.
  • Experience supporting or passing security and compliance audits such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or GDPR.
  • Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed environments is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-driven automation, including LLM APIs, AI copilots, semantic search, or automated support triage.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for running internal IT microservices.
  • Preferred: Experience applying SLIs and SLOs to internal IT services.
