Description

  • Own the region’s P&L and drive sales, trade investment, and product mix to achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and execute the country and regional commercial strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales, P&L, and supply targets.
  • Improve commercial processes to increase performance and efficiency.
  • Drive availability, visibility, and execution across instore and online channels.
  • Develop joint business plans that create mutual value with strategic customers.
  • Use customer insights to influence internal direction and future commercial strategy.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture that supports rapid growth and market disruption.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of senior sales or commercial leadership experience within FMCG.
  • Proven track record managing major retailers and distributors across Benelux and Nordic markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue, market share, and profitability in competitive environments.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver who can translate insights into actionable business plans.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and fostering accountability and growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • EU work permit required.
