Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and service owners to align customer objectives with Zscaler goals.
  • Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best practices to shape integration and operationalization strategies for Zscaler solutions.
  • Lead the management of complex escalations and coordinate resolutions across internal and external teams.
  • Identify adoption insights, develop risk mitigation plans, and partner with Zscaler teams to drive long-term customer success.
  • Create and share best practice guides and playbooks to strengthen the Customer Success team’s impact.
  • Serve as the central post-sales contact for customers throughout their Zero Trust journey.
  • Help customers adopt and maximize Zscaler solutions to support digital transformation objectives.
  • Support successful solution adoption for public sector partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external decisions.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to align customer business challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for business and security outcomes.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer data to develop tailored adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.
  • Deep background in cloud and networking security technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, SWG, DLP, VPNs, and CASB (preferred).
  • Understanding of industry-specific workflows and operational processes to optimize security and efficiency (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, CCIE, Network+, or cloud certifications from AWS, Google, or Microsoft (preferred).
  • Based in Poland.
  • Experience in public sector environments (preferred).
